• Responsible for all online campaigns and activations from A to Z: from concept phase to development and reporting. • Responsible for above the line marketing (television) with a total media spend of €400.000 during my project. • Responsible for all below the line marketing including advertising, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, etc. We had a monthly spend of €100.000 on paid advertising and 500K followers on our socials. • Responsible for budgeting to the end of 2023 with a total value of +€1,000,000 • Responsible for a team of 4 and SPOC for the internal teams such as Design, CRM, Content, etc. • To optimize the various campaigns, my duties included daily monitoring and interpreting the data. The tool we used for this was Qlik. If we wanted to go into deeper detail, we would look directly into Adobe Analytics, since their environment in Qlik still had plenty of room for optimization.

This makes it extra important to draw the right conclusions based on the (little) data we have to make do with.
