We're seeking an experienced freelance B2B Sales Consultant to drive entrepreneur recruitment for our educational programs and coaching trajectories. With a minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, you'll leverage your sales expertise, negotiation skills, and client relationship management to identify and convert high-value prospects into program participants.
As a freelance consultant, you'll enjoy complete independence while working on a flexible, project-based model. You'll start with comprehensive training to master our offerings, then transition to a hybrid compensation structure combining a base retainer with performance-based commissions tied to monthly cold prospecting targets. Your role extends beyond transactional sales—you'll represent us at events, strengthen customer relationships, and provide direct impact on our growth trajectory.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated professional who thrives on lead generation, consultative selling, and building lasting business relationships. You'll work independently with the flexibility to scale your earnings through commission incentives, while maintaining direct collaboration with our team.
