About the Role Falk & Ross (F&R) is looking for an experienced freelance Social Media Strategist to lead our European social media approach for Falk & Ross and its wider portfolio of brands. You will shape strategy, community engagement, and performance—ensuring we connect with promotional apparel resellers, printers, and embroiderers across Europe. Key Responsibilities - Develop and oversee F&R’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant community platforms. - Use HubSpot for social publishing, reporting, and CRM integration. - Build, moderate, and grow our reseller and decorator community online. - Translate marketing goals into social media tactics and campaigns. - Work with designers and copywriters to brief, align, and approve content. - Monitor engagement, report performance, and adapt the strategy accordingly. Requirements - Proven experience in B2B or SME-focused social media management. - Hands-on HubSpot knowledge (publishing, analytics, audience segmentation). - Understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for online visibility. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus). - Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
