Freelance Learning & Development Specialist

Are you a seasoned Learning & Development professional ready to make an immediate impact? We're seeking an experienced freelance L&D Specialist to support our organization during a temporary absence. This is a project-based opportunity where you'll take ownership of critical learning initiatives and drive meaningful organizational development.

In this role, you'll manage the rollout of our 2026 Learning Needs Analysis plan, including prioritization, partner selection, and expert coordination. You'll collaborate with business units and HR business partners to assess training requests, support ongoing L&D projects such as leadership development and learning culture initiatives, and translate ad-hoc learning needs into practical solutions. Your communication skills will be essential as you manage training announcements across multiple channels. You'll need strong organizational abilities, instructional design knowledge, and proven training coordination expertise to thrive in this dynamic environment.
