Freelance IT Recruiter

Are you an experienced IT recruitment specialist looking for flexible, project-based work? We're seeking a talented freelance professional to deliver comprehensive recruitment and sourcing services for IT profiles. This is your opportunity to work with full autonomy while building high-quality candidate pipelines and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle independently.

You'll handle full-cycle recruitment across a defined set of roles, from needs analysis and job advert drafting to sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews with structured reporting. Your expertise in social media recruiting, direct search, and candidate sourcing will be essential. You'll leverage your proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), interview techniques, and MS Office to manage documentation and maintain regular alignment with stakeholders while executing with complete independence. Your strong communication skills, initiative-driven approach, and results-oriented mindset will ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
